  • All produce is grown, harvested, and packed by hand at Sassy Sprigs, with selections based on what’s thriving during April to June in Zone 8b. You may find:

    Spring Greens & Early Crops:

    • Lettuce

    • Collards

    • Spring Onions

    • Herbs (parsley, dill, cilantro, thyme)

    • Peas (snap or shelling)

    • Potatoes (new & young)

    Mid-to-Late Spring Warm Crops (Late April–June):

    • Tomatoes (early and cherry types)

    • Cucumbers

    • Eggplant

    • Peppers

    • Beans

    • Okra

    • Summer Squash (zucchini, yellow, pattypan)

    Spring Fruit (As Available):

    • Strawberries

    • Blueberries

    • Blackberries

    • Raspberries (limited harvest window; often mid-late May into June)

    We rotate contents each pickup so you get a fresh mix every time—what’s truly in season and delicious.
