We build each Spring Sassy Pack from what’s thriving in our nursery and perfectly timed for spring harvest or long-term perennial growth in Georgia’s climate. Possible inclusions:

Cool-Weather Spring Veggies & Roots:

• Collards

• Lettuces

• Mustard Greens

• English Peas (shelling or snap types)

• Radishes

• Spinach

• Turnips

• Kohlrabi

• Spring Onions

• Seed Potatoes (cut and cured for planting)

Perennial or Long-Term Plantings:

• Blueberry Starts (establish now, harvest future years)

• Strawberry Plants (early production possible in spring)

• Raspberry or Blackberry Starts (establish now, fruit next year)

• Asparagus Crowns (establish this year, harvest in 2nd+ year)

Culinary Herbs:

• Parsley, Dill, Oregano, Cilantro, Thyme, etc.

Tender Crops for Early Start Under Cover:

• Broccolini (available only in early spring if weather permits)

We’ll choose six from the above list based on availability and performance. Each box includes a variety of leafy greens, root crops, and at least one longer-term planting when available.
